Design Opportunity: LCEF will commission Louisiana artist or designer for new cultural license plate design

The Louisiana Cultural Economy Foundation is seeking an artist or designer to contract to develop a new cultural license plate design with the theme, “In Louisiana, Culture Means Business!” Sales of the new license plate will provide operating support for Louisiana Cultural Economy Foundation.

“Culture Means Business”

To be considered, you need only submit your professional information and a some sample images of your work. The selected artist will work with LCEF to execute a design with the “Culture Means Business” theme based on LCEF’s concepts and direction. The assignment may be completed remotely, so all Louisiana artists age 21 and over are encouraged to apply.

Compensation for this assignment is a $250 stipend. The deadline for application submissions is Friday, March 14, 2014.
